Over the course of our experiences, we have conceptualized, implemented and assessed hundreds of workshops, staff development presentations and retreats and we have mentored and coached many staff members and high level administrators.

on organizational improvement, restructuring, and climate, facilities management, housing assignments, strategic planning, goal setting, and team building.
This is a multi-day 360 degree review which includes interviews with many stakeholders followed with a full report analysis and recommendations for improvement
DEPARTMENTAL AND PERSONAL COACHING
offering guidance and advising to mid- and senior-level leaders, directors and deans transitioning to new roles to balance work, life and career mobility
WORKSHOPS
on supervision, leadership, community development, preparing for, and transitioning to, the next level
DEPARTMENTAL RETREATS
to assist with departmental team building and goal setting
